Case Study 2025
Volantex
A driving-school app built from zero to production in three months — AI-powered development with complete technical ownership.
Overview
Built and delivered Volantex, a driving-school app, completely from scratch in three months. Received UI/UX designs from the company, then owned everything else: FlutterFlow frontend, FastAPI backend, database architecture, deployment pipelines, and iterative improvements. AI accelerated the workflow, but every line of code, every deployment decision, and every architectural choice was mine.
The Problem
A driving-school app built from zero to production in three months — AI-powered development with complete technical ownership.
The company needed a driving-school app from zero to fully delivered — no dedicated team, tight three-month timeline, and high expectations. The app had to handle student scheduling, instructor management, lesson tracking, and compliance workflows. UI/UX designs were provided, but everything technical was a blank canvas.

What I learned
- 01 /
AI accelerates, but you own the decisionsAI helped with speed, but architecture, deployment pipelines, and optimization strategies required deep technical judgment. The machine writes code; I write systems.
- 02 /
UI/UX handoff is smoother when you code itReceiving designs and building them myself eliminated misinterpretation. No tickets, no back-and-forth — just direct translation from design to working product.
- 03 /
Full-stack means full accountabilityWhen frontend breaks, backend fails, or deployment stalls — there's no one else to point to. That pressure forces you to learn infrastructure, not avoid it.
